Champions

For the first time in SRU history the mens and womens track and field teams both took first place at the psac championships. the mens team won by 3.5 points and the women tied ship 110 to 110 to be co-champs. it was an emotional weekend to say the least. many athletes stepped up their performances and got personal bests bringing crucial points to the table to help pull the team ahead. unfortunately i contributed nothing but support, but it was nice to be there for the atmosphere and experience.
