Pain
i am getting tired of being in pain. one day i woke up and my erector spinae along with my lats were inflamed/spasming. i had not done anything acutely to aggervate them. i have been without pain a few days in the past 2.5 months. i have been going to rehab with the athletic trainers everyday practically, but it is not getting any better. it is quite frustrating to deal with. plus sitting in class all day aggervates it and causes discomfort.

I hope you feel better John! My ankle is still killing me ever since i sprained it last year. By the way my last blog wasn't "7 Most Effective Exercises to Lose Weight". Although most of the excerises do deal with strength training, but that doesn't mean someone will need to go and buy new jeans after doing the "7 Most Effective Exercises". If someone works out properly then that person won't need to buy need jeans just because their leg muscles may increase. Walking is also an important work out which will help slim down the thigh area where muscle is forming.
hope ur body feels better from when u wrote this. also u have been gone for the past few days so i hope u feel better from that also. we miss haveing u here and helping us with everything in the class. i think that im getting shin splints but i hope that i take care of it beforeit is too late.
Hey John...I would say I feel your pain but my hip is feeling much better. It just stopped hurting one day and that was that. But I can feel your pain with being sick. It has been almost three weeks since I have felt good. Atleast I can get out of bed though. If you need anything let me know. Feel better and get lots of rest.
